We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up.
• Property data: property names, addresses, rental amounts, and tenant details you enter.
• Payment records: rent payment logs, amounts, and dates (no card numbers — we do not process payments directly).
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs to help us improve the platform.
• Telegram data: messages sent in linked Telegram groups for the purpose of logging and categorisation.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the platform (dashboard, bot, automation).
• To send you service-related notifications (rent reminders, maintenance alerts).
• To generate tenancy agreements and tax reports based on data you provide.
• To improve the platform through anonymised usage analytics.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS in Singapore). We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each user can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We recommend you use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication on your account.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (privacy policy)
• Telegram — group messaging integration (privacy policy)
• Google Analytics — anonymised site usage analytics (privacy policy)
• Anthropic Claude — AI-powered message categorisation (no personal data is stored by Anthropic from our API calls)

6. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (this may affect your ability to use the platform).
