Common questions

RM79 covers both the tenancy agreement and LHDN stamp duty submission in one. We draft your agreement, handle the e-stamping via the LHDN STAMPS portal, and send you the stamped copy. Without stamping, your agreement cannot be used as evidence in court - so both steps are included in one price.
If you have a stamped tenancy agreement and a record of missed payments, you have grounds to issue a formal Notice to Quit and pursue the tenant through the Sessions Court under the Distress Act 1951. Tanpa Ejen logs every payment and missed payment automatically, and you can generate a Notice to Quit directly from your dashboard for RM29.
Yes. You can add existing tenancies to your dashboard, log historical payments, set renewal reminders, and generate documents for active tenants at any time. You do not need to start a new tenancy to use Tanpa Ejen.
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored in compliance with Malaysia's PDPA 2010. Each landlord's data is completely isolated - no landlord can ever see another's properties or tenants. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
